Insurgency is a huge problem, rebellion in any case under any constitution is a dilemma. However, if it has nothing to do with you directly than don't intervene in it. The United States of America needs to pay close attention to the things happening in this media post. CNN explained that no one was killed, FOX said 49 were killed, and MSNBC claimed 50 died these we the major difference in the postings although whatever the total number of casualties were that died is irrelevant. What is in fact relevant is that fact that the United States needs to mind their business and let other fight their own battles.

Serial Killer
http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/09/18/michigan.stabbing.suspect/index.html?iref=allsearch
Serial Killer will face new charges. He will be extradicted back to Michigan. There were no outside agencies involved and the article primarily focused primarily on him. The suspect has high spirits and good expectations. However, the prosecutor is seeking the death penalty for him.

Real Life Inspiration: Rabbit Proof Fence
in 1931 Australia was largely rural. The land was seperated by three 1,500 mile long rabbit proof fences to keep the animals off the growing agriculture. The land of Australia was composed of many different regions and tribes. The Jingalong village of Australia was most famous for the acts passed and the half caste individuals living there. The people of mixed descent were proud people of the rural area and of Jingalong. However, due to the victorian half caste act of1886. Half caste children by decree could be removed from their homes in order to assimilate them into white culture. The assimilation process consisted of a 1, 200 mile long stay away from their village Jingalong and proceeded with forcible living such as staying in dormitories of 12 to 16 people in which they were locked at night. The dormitories were dingy and toilet assistance was provided by a bucket that was emptied by a different Australian every morning. The transformation to the white culture consisted of speaking english, praying, and work shops. The film Rabbit proof fence is a real life example of how Australians were held captive and transformed. However, the film shows you that the half caste individuals of Australia were not only being transformed to better their lives, they also were being assimilated to better the lives of other individuals. As you will see in the film half caste children from Moore River, the missionary Jingalong and people of mix descent were sent to not only became part of the white culture, they too became slaves and whores for home owners across Australia. You see this in the escape of three young Jingalong females. The females, sisters and members of the village Jingalong escape on foot and follow the Rabbit proof fence 1,500 miles back to Jingalong. Along the voyage one is taken captive and the remaining two proceed to make it home triumphing through periods of famine, fatigue, and agony with the assistance of clothing and directions by many in their return to their mother-land. The story is truly inspiring due to the Fact the oldest sibling of the three girls who escaped in the film Molly, shows great leadership, courage, and honor to her family. They never give up and this relates to life for most of us. "WE MUST NEVER GIVE UP!" "KEEP WALKING"

Face-book Deviance blog:
http://www.facebook.com/
Some people will view this blog in shock that I would call a social-net work a deviant website and some will agree with me. Keep in mind I am now 21 years old and I was once a Face-book user at the age of 17. Face-book is great. However, the deviance of the site is how it directly affects citizens in the United States due to their amoral pictures and status's they post. Face-book was originally a college based website but modern Face-book is used for communication of corporations, friends, and family of all ages and cultures. The site has availability to resources from people all over the world, you can send gifts, play games, etc. The site is great and I encourage people to use and stay in touch with new and former peers. However, for amoral people and people of low standards the site should be labeled deviant. I argue this statement by saying whatever you put on Face-book is there to stay, even if you delete it. So what you while following the wrong crowd today will follow you in tomorrows interview with your future employee.

Blog Assignment 2
The article chosen highlights Media as propaganda. The withdrawal of troops from Iraq informed Americans that the troops were headed home. The public announcement on 8-31-10 by Prime Minister of Iraq, Nouri Al-Maliki Informed Americans and Iraqi politicians of the independence and sovereign he and Iraqi forces were ready to implement. The article criticizes why the announcement was made that the soldiers of the United States would be leaving Iraq. Propaganda is at its highest when in fact 50,000 soldiers will remain in the Iraq. In-fact the announcement was really stating that the United States will no longer have occupation in Iraq. The level of criticism is at a moderate level and the critique is fair. However, the level of criticism could be higher. If we announced that we are leaving we should pack it all up and leave them alone. There are no suggestions for improvements. However, the government and media should stay as far as they can from propaganda in any form and speak with clarity in an informative manner. http://www.prwatch.org/node/9412

Media Fast
I choose Saturday September, 4th for my media fast. The fast was not difficult for me at all. I awoke at 8:00 A.M. to shower and get ready for a mandatory breakfast. My fast ended within an hour when I began to praise Jesus Christ by listening to gospel on my I pod while I walked to the breakfast. Yet, after breakfast my fast resumed and was upheld for the remainder of the day. However, I did run into an unavoidable instance of media by watching film on my opponent for the night. Although I was on a tight schedule there were many short breaks and time allowed to get dressed for the game. While on most game days I watch other games or listen to music, I read my bible and prayed. All in all, my fast was not difficult due to the fact I was on a tight schedule preparing for my season opener against Morehead State University. After the football game, my fast was easier due to the fact that my family came to see me play and they had my undivided attention until they left and I passed out.
